Shipping & Returns


We currently ship to the Continental USA (excluding AK & HI). PO Box delivery addresses are restricted zones by certain shipping carriers.

Orders are picked & packed for shipping on Mondays - Fridays (except Federal holidays). Orders placed on the weekend will be held for processing on the next business day. Shipping & handling is calculated based on courier charges and supplier delivery fees.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and various weather conditions, some shipments may experience delays, which would be out of our control.

Products listed on this website may be shipped from various zip codes, which impacts courier rates. Items may or may not be shipped together in the same packaging.

Once your tracking number(s) become available to us, we will update your order history with that information, which you can review by signing into your account here. In addition, you may whitelist our email address to ensure that you receive email updates from us about your order(s).  

Returns Policy 

Returns may be considered on a case by case basis, and processed on certain items, pending approval of the items supplier. Some of our suppliers do not process returns, so all sales through this website are final. Once an order is completed at order entry it cannot be modified.

Contact us to report damaged items within three (3) days of receipt of item so that we can see how to best remedy the situation. If the item is damaged, we will require a picture of damages so we can contact our suppliers for return consideration. Please note that items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the courier's tracking method(s).

We are not responsible for any warranties for products purchased through this store; please refer to the warranty terms and conditions provided by the applicable product manufacturers and their respective agents.
