We currently ship to the Continental USA (excluding AK & HI). PO Box delivery addresses are restricted zones by certain shipping carriers.
Orders are picked & packed for shipping on Mondays - Fridays (except Federal holidays). Orders placed on the weekend will be held for processing on the next business day. We offer free shipping on most items listed on the shop, however a handling fee is calculated. Otherwise, shipping & handling is calculated based on courier charges and supplier delivery fees.
Items may or may not be shipped together in the same packaging, as they may be procured from varying locations.
Due to weather conditions, some shipments may experience delays, which would be out of our control.
Once your tracking number(s) become available to us, we will update your order history with that information, which you can review by signing into your account here. In addition, you may whitelist our email address to ensure that you receive email updates from us about your order(s).
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the courier's tracking method(s).
Our suppliers do not process returns, so all sales through this website are final, barring defective or damaged products. We will do our best to provide our customers with as much information as possible to inform their purchase. In the case an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons outside our control, please email us with your order number and a description of the issue within 7 days of your order to request refund or replacement. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If your return request is qualified, you will have to return it to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20 days. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Refunds may take some time to process, so we appreciate your patience. If you do not see your refund go through, please contact your bank. If the issue persists, please contact us.
Contact us to report damaged items within three (3) days of receipt of item so that we can see how to best remedy the situation. If the item is damaged, we will require a picture of damages so we can contact our suppliers for return consideration. Please note that items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible.
